She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Oltrogge (Wehling) and Edward Oltrogge; her daughter Julie Ann Blume; and her sisters, Karen Oltrogge, Daphine Lundt, Iris Wilhelm and Doris Hyman.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Blume (Sherri) of Tripoli and Karen Blume-Shaffer (Boyd) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Nathan Blume (Whitnee) of Tripoli and Jordan Blume of Tripoli; her siblings, Delbert Oltrogge (Lavonne), Susan Rundle (Gaylene), Jane Cocuzzi (John) and Philip Oltrogge (Sherry Gable); and her brother-in-law Eugene Hyman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice, Tripoli Nursing and Rehabilitation or Redeemer Lutheran Church.
