It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Walters (Tripoli, Iowa), born in Bradford, Iowa, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Fisher and Lillian Fisher (Grapp); her husband Gilbert E. Walters; her siblings, Dorothy Fisher, Myrtle Kelsey, Ruby Carpenter, Mabel Rottink, Luella Kelsey, Beulah Rutledge (Howard), Wilbur Fisher and Merland Fisher; and her brother-in-law Howard Rutledge.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Groen (Randy) of Reinbeck, Sonja Cutler (Mark) of Maryville, TN, Edward Walters of Tripoli and Larry Walters of Janesville; and her sister Charlotte Reasoner of Raymond. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital, Cedar Valley Hospice or the Tripoli Nursing and Rehab.
