She is survived by: her spouse Donald Thiel; her children, Teressa Brookshire of Omaha and Matthew Thiel of Treynor; her grandchildren, Jayedon Thiel, Lucy Thiel, Jude Thiel and Beau Thiel; her brother James Crist of Council Bluffs; and also, Shane Brookshire of Omaha, Amie Thiel of Treynor and Leslie DeMarsh Daoust Crist of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
