He is survived by: his wife Carol Schoening; his children, Angie Foster of Fremont, Nebraska, Steven (Angela) of Ypsilanti and Craig (Mary) of Council Bluffs; his siblings, Jeff Fahrenkrug of Fontanelle, Iowa and Sally Flippo (Dave) of Buckeye, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Natalie, Chloe, Emma, Luella, Iris, Joshua and Micah.
