She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nekola and Mary Nekola (Dostal); her husband Leo Francis Dvorak; her son Gerald; and her siblings, Agnes Kalina and Milo Nekola.
She is survived by: her son Dennis. She is also survived by 2 sisters in law; and many nieces and nephews.
