She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley William and Pauline Maree Head (ZmoIek); her grandparents, Jacob Burnside and Grace Head; her spouse Lonnie E. Boerm; her in-laws, Edwin and Mayme Boerm (Skala); her sisters, Irma Jean and Sharon; and her nephew Michael Ewell.
She is survived by: her children, Traci Kullmer (James) of Oelwein, Dr. Kurt Boerm (Judy) of Traer and Chris Boerm (Cara) of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Dr. Brendon Boerm (Gracie Deery) of Waterloo, Katie Kullmer of Keystone, Dr. Mitchell Boerm (Sarah) of Toledo, Ashley Kullmer of Cedar Rapids, Conner Boerm of Wichita, KS and Callie Boerm of Iowa City; her great grandchildren, Blake and Grace Boerm of Toledo; her brother-in-law Bud Ewell of Norwalk; her nephew Brent Ewell (Pam) of Pella; her great-niece Colleen Uhlenkamp (Tony) of Sun Prairie, WI; and her great-nephews, Scott Ewell (Amber) of Leander, TX and Austin Ewell (Abbey). She is also survived by five great-great nieces and nephews.
