He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chris Bruene and Edna Bruene (Gethman); his siblings, Martha Hurlbut, Charles Bruene (Carol) and Donald Bruene; his nieces and nephews, Dwight Drew, Valinda Meyer, Wayne Bruene, Sharon Bruene, Robert Hurlbut and Evelyn Falk; his sister Esther Drew; and his nephew Michael Bruene.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established by the family.
