He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Konicek and Gladys Konicek (Boldt). He is survived by: his wife Kaye Hite of Traer; his daughters, Darcy Rund (Brad) of Traer, IA and Kerri Hogan (Danny) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Ashton Wilson (Chris), Morgan Ellis (Mike), Allie Rund, Cody Jensen and Lucas Jensen; his great grandchildren, Haydn, Myer, Rhet Wilson, Briar and Haisley Ellis; and his siblings, Craig Konicek (Roxie) of Traer, Nancy Temple of Wellman and Connie Anderson (Doug) of Voorhies. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
