It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernie Podhajsky (Traer, Iowa), who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Podhajsky and Sylvia Podhajsky (Chalupnik); and his siblings, Lawerance (Karen) of Traer and Marilyn Weil (Bill) of Golden, CO. He is survived by: his spouse Lillian of Traer. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
