Dorothy Hanus Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2020, at the age of 88, Dorothy Hanus of Traer, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Hanus; her stepfather Joe Pokorny; her siblings, Leona Velky, Lester and Ernest Pokorny; and her siblings-in-law, Ginny Duhachek, Marian Schoonover, Gladys Pokorny, Barb Engel, Harold Schoonover and Bob Engel.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest, Leona, Lester, Martin of Cedar Rapids and Paul (Kari) of Cadillac; her grandchildren, Courtney, Allison and Abby Hanus; her brother Bernard Duhachek of Hamel, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Velky and Dianne Pokorny. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
