Holden Hall of Waterloo; his former spouse Kari Landack; his siblings, Linda Myers (Phillip) of Findlay and Harold Hall of Waterloo; his nieces, Bethany Branan (Anthony) of Ohio and Angie Brincks (Darin) of Washburn; and his nephew Michael Hall of Des Moines.
