It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mae Zimple of Traer, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred J. Kupka and Frances M. Kupka (Parizek); her husband Dean Allen Zimple; her daughter Carol; and her brothers, Anton Kupka (Irene), William Kupka (Eleanor), Alfred Kupka (Mayme), Norbert Caloud, Wayne Zimple (Donna) and Ray Zimple (Shirley).
She is survived by: her sons, Galen Dean Zimple (Carol J.) of Traer, Larry Allen Zimple (Alice) of Cedar Rapids and Kevin Lee Zimple (Cindy) of Traer; her grandchildren, Trusha Shimp (Chris), Jason Zimple, Holly Nablo (Ben), Nicolas Alvarez-Zimple, Trista Zimple and Zander Zimple; her stepgrandchildren, Todd Bergman and Joi Alexander (Thad); her great grandchildren, Kacey, Danielle Shimp and Ben Nablo Jr.; and her sister Evelyn Caloud of Traer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing is to be maintained and masks will be required.
