He is survived by: his spouse Ellen of Toledo; his children, Jeff Collins of Urbandale, Jim Collins (Kris) of Tama, JoEllen Cecak (Joe) of Toledo and Janelle Quigley (Tim) of Toledo; and his sisters, Phyllis Ebersole (Don) of Claremont, CA and Linda Johnston (Jim) of Mercer, MO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
