He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Dvorak and Edith Dvorak (Hlavacek); his close friend Maralyn Hotchkiss; his grandson Brandon Anderson; and his sister Karen McBride.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Dolezal (Doug) of Toledo, Sherry Anderson of Cedar Falls, Tom Dvorak of Haven and Kellie Yuska (Scott) of Urbandale; his sister Betty Jean Upah of Tama; and his grandchildren, Darron Dolezal (Elizabeth), Deanna Zmolek (Mike), Darcy Suchman (Graham), Tasha Dehmlow (Kyle), Logan, Cale Dvorak, Nathan and Breana Yuska. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home (209 E 7th St, Tama, IA 52339). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial fund will be established.
