She is survived by: her children, Steven of Toledo, Kathy Hendricks (Bob) of Toledo, Douglas Dolezal (Debbie) of Toledo, Jonie Bohnstengel (Lloyd) of Colleyville, TX, David Dolezal (Dawn) of Toledo and Christine Horbach (Larry) of Toledo; and her brother LaVern Hand (Helen).
