She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Herink and Emma Herink (Votrobeck); and her husband Floyd L. Prusha. She is survived by: her children, Duane Prusha (Barb) of Grinnell and Becky McClenathan (Jerry) of Toledo; her grandchildren, Justin Prusha (Tammy) of Eaton, CO and Megan Love (Justin) of Liscomb; her great grandchildren, Blake, Faithlyn, Jason, Brody and Beckem; and her sister Margaret Handsaker of Nevada. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund will be established.
