He was predeceased by: his father George E. Yilek; his wife Joyce Rudkin; his mother Albina Yilek Koss (Wisner); and his son Arthur. He is survived by: his children, James Yilek (Arlene) of Chandler, AZ, Robert Yilek (Tonya) of Dunbar, Michael Yilek of Phoenix, AZ and Kathrine Young (Keith) of LeGrand; his grandchildren, Darrin Yilek (Jennifer), Nigel Yilek, Chase Hansel, Lindsey Salasek (Nick), Bryan Young, Jeffery Yilek, Devin Yilek (Ashley) and Ashley Oliva Garcia (Ellan); his great grandchildren, Ava, Elaina Salasek, Emma Tierney and RyLeigh Yilek; and his siblings, Loren Koss (Pam) of Cedar Rapids and Mary Dankbar (Robert) of Marshalltown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
