She was predeceased by: her father James Black; her husband Kenneth Moore; her mother Betty Jean Black Stephenson (Potter); her stepfather Steve Stephenson; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Henle and Don Musgrave.
She is survived by: her son Andrew Evans of Nashville, NC; her grandson Caleb Evans of Dallas, TX; and her sisters, Barbara Leland (Richard) of Spokane, WA, Debra Henle of Mt. Pleasant, Karen Musgrave of Toledo and Jody Horbach (Lance) of Montezuma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
