She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sevcik and Frances Sevcik (Zmolek); her husband Richard Wacha; her granddaughter Marsha Haubach; and her siblings, Adolph, Joe, Milo, Paul Sevcik, Philomena Cibula and Mary Keller.
She is survived by: her children, Don Wacha of Tama, Virginia Safley (Bill) of Tama and Stan Wacha (Sharon) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Doug Hlas (Marla), Marilyn Hlas, Deb Backen (Dan), Danny Hlas (Emily), Michael Hlas (Amanda), Jon Wacha (Missy) and Jodi Wacha; and her sisters-in-law, Vera Sevcik of Traer and Helen Sevcik of Tama. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
