He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kaloupek and Pearl Kaloupek; and his siblings, Leland, Charles, Robert, Doug, Phyllis Willer and Mary Lou Kaloupek.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his son Drew Kaloupek (Stephanie) of St Johns, FL; and his grandchildren, Emily, Hayley, Joe, Jordan, Garrett, Tyler, Nick, Ben, Tim, Braden, Breck, Milena and Delaney. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Jack was active in the church and also donated his time and talents helping others in his community.
