She is survived by: her son Dennis Dostal (Vickie Lacina) of Toledo; her grandchildren, Kathy Kucera (Bruce) of Traer, Darin Dostal (Melissa) of Simpsonville, SC, Dillon Dostal of Gladbrook and Drew Dostal of Ankeny; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Nathan, Madelyn Kucera, Jolene, Tyler, Lucas and Caleb Dostal; and her brother Ray Whitmore (Teresa).
