It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Patterson of Toledo, Iowa, born in Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn A. Patterson and Elizabeth Patterson (Ward); his granddaughters, Jenelle Burton and Kasey Ann Patterson; and his brothers, Ward, Jerry and Gene Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Brindle; his children, Nancy Smith (Jim) of Toledo, Becky Burton (Tim) of Alden, Mark Patterson (Marsha) of Gilman and Dale Patterson of Toledo; his grandchildren, Bradley Smith, Jared Smith (Tania), James Joshua Smith (Tyne), Christa Nichols (Jeremy), Andrew Burton (Tyler), Jacob Patterson (Kristen) and Erin Patterson (Noah Keenan); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Clayton, Braden, Tariq, Lane, Anna, Gavin, Zara, Alivia, Justus, Cristy, Mason, Amaya, Gracelyn and Elijah; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Stromberg (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
