It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene David Cibula of Toledo, Iowa, born in Belle Plaine, Iowa, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Cibula and Blanche Cibula (Brezina); his brother Marvin Cibula; and his nephew Jeff Vesely. He is survived by: his wife Mary Boriskey of Toledo; his children, John Cibula and Jill Cibula Taylor; his sister Delores Vesely (Charlie); and his sisters-in-law, Jolene Cibula and Ann Neville (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
It is recommended that everyone attending wear a mask and social distancing should be practiced as well.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a special project.
