She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Duhachek and Alyce Duhachek (Postolka); her husband John V. Husak; her brother David Duhachek; and her children-in-law, Dave Ellis and Debbie Husak.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Husak (Cheryl) of Toledo, Patti Barker (Willy) of Toledo, Bob Husak (Deb) of Toledo, Rich Husak (Jan) of Marshalltown, Nancy Ellis of Marshalltown and Becky Wuebker (Brian) of Palmer. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for future contributions.
