She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Rash and Russell McCarthy. She is survived by: her spouse Paul of Toledo; her children, Lisa Henrich (David) of Elgin, SC, Todd Kratoska (Maureen) of Toledo, Lori Polka (Marty) of Norwalk and Becky Hanna (Mark) of Rochester, IL; her grandchildren, Nicole, Jennifer, William, Ryan, Allison, Dylan, Courtney, Jack and Walker; and her great grandchildren, Dominic and Colton.
