He is survived by: his parent Dr. Deborah Boldt; his stepfather Todd Boldt; his brother Drake; his stepbrothers, Brandon, Brody, Tanner and Taylor; his grandparents, Patricia Nied, Roger and Marcella Boldt; his uncle Jerry Dolash (Amy); and his cousins, Travis, Brandi, Candace, Kristen, Jeramy and Jamy.
