With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles William Hogue (Toledo, Iowa), born in Kellerton, Iowa, who passed away on October 30, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Vance and Hazel Hogue (Dugan); his wife Josefine "Joann" Roguszka; and his son Ronald Hogue. He is survived by: his children, Michael Hogue of Marshalltown, Patricia Henle (Rodney) of Toledo, Richard Hogue of Germany and Diane Hogue of Toledo; his grandchildren, Brian Michelson, Lisa Hogue, Aaron Henle (Whitney), Allison Henle, Kristy Pretasky and Amber Heald (Justin); his great grandchildren, Lisandra, Lillian, Ashtyn, Kinley, Berkley and Khloe; his sister Aileene Dickerson of Lenox, IA; and his close friend Julio Castro of Toledo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Toledo American Legion or Iowa River Hospice.
