She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Hopper and Vera Hopper (Schrader); her husband Dale Gerlach of St. Ansgar; her siblings, Paul Hopper, Phyllis McComas and Dorothy Ohman; and her grandson Brian Sawyer.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Gudenkauf (John), Vicki Sawyer (Chuck) and Steven Gerlach (Becky); and her brother Bud Hopper.

A memorial fund will be established.
