She is survived by: her son James H. Smith II (Nancy) of Toledo; her grandsons, Bradley James Smith of Toledo, Jared Steven Smith (Tania) of Ely and James Joshua Smith (Tyne) of Oskaloosa; and her great grandchildren, Braden James, Gavin Timothy, Alivia Rae, Mason Steven, James Lane, Anna Joe and Cristy Kathleen Smith.
