He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kremenak and Elizabeth Kremenak (Anderson); his granddaughter Polly Jane Spooner; and his siblings, Frank, John Kremenak and Pauline Shearer.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Plum; his daughters, Diana Spooner (Richard Sova) of South Carolina and Jill Bacon (Kenny) of Tama; his grandchildren, Stacey Fay, Sally Spooner (Jess Thielmann) and Madeline White (Brody); his great grandchildren, Zoey Chilcote, Macy Chilcote, Tanner Fay and Preston Thielmann; his great great grandchild River Chilcote; his stepchildren, Kathy Thiessen (Mike) of Florida, Maureen Kratoska (Todd) of Toledo and Pat O'Rourke (Karen) of Iowa City; his stepgrandchildren, Pat Thiessen (Megan), Eric Thiessen (Yana), Ryan Kratoska (Paige), Allison Homan (Eric), Devan O'Rourke and Erin O'Rourke; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hailey Thiessen, Dominic Homan and Mila Thiessen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
