He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Woods and Elizabeth Woods (Henderson); and his brothers, Thomas "Tom" and David Woods. He is survived by: his wife Janet Woods of Toddville; his children, Denise Woods Stout (Jim) of Erie, Sue Woods Beeson (Dan) of New Brighton, Minnesota, Mike Woods (Trudy) of Fairfax, Iowa and Mark Woods (Laurie Roth) of Fairfax, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jason Stout (Carina Howe), Christine Beeson, Laura Loeffler (Paul), James Beeson (Lacey Cartrite), Ryan Beeson (Allie Gams), Eric Woods (Shania Heckmann), Matthew Woods, Kyle Woods, Connor Woods and Cullen Woods; his great grandchildren, Liam Stout and Alex Loeffler; his brothers, James Woods (Sue) of Florida, Bill Woods (Dorothy) of Cody and Gerald "Mike" Woods (JoAnn) of Coggon; and his sister-in-law Mary Woods. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
