She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Butters and Emily Butters; her husband Harold Lanning; her siblings, Stanley, Rudolph Butters, Dorothy, Bernice and Maxine; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Lanning, Leonard Miller, Juanita Miller and Betty Hein.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Fields (Carl) of Cedar Rapids and Linda Morris (Marvin) of Hudson, Iowa; her grandchildren, Rodney Morris (Melanie) of Alexandria, Virginia and Jennifer Yenser (James) of South Windsor, Connecticut; her great grandchildren, Tahlia and Isaac Yenser; her sisters, Emily Hines of Cedar Rapids and Jean Tatro of Marion, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Neva Lanning of Marion, Shirley Lanning of Alburnett and Donald Hein of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Toddville Free Methodist Church or Meth-Wick Community.
