We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2022, at the age of 80, Verna L. Schutjer of Titonka, Iowa, born in Buffalo Center, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gray and Jennie Gray (Smidt); her husband Terry; her sister Sheryll Gray; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Leona Schutjer; her siblings-in-law, Bonnie James and Fred Hofmann; and her nephews, Larry Hofmann and Mark Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Brenda), Becky (Aaron Kinser) of Watkins, Greg (Amy) and Jeri (Adam Grabin) of Oxford; her grandchildren, Derek Schutjer (Katie Kitzman), Stacey Myers (Zach), Rachel, Robert Kinser, Gwendolyn Schutjer (Luke Meyerink), Alandra Schutjer (Preston Downs), Wes and Hannah Grabin; her great grandchildren, Oaklyn Meyerink, Greta Myers and Kolynns Schutjer; her sister Garlene Schmidt of Bancroft; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Hofmann of Titonka and Ernie James of Alta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
