With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyliss L. Zwiefel (Titonka, Iowa), who passed away on December 29, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabo Hillenga and Anna Hillenga (Spieker); her husband Merrill; her sister Mae Platt (Matt); and her siblings-in-law, Darlene, Thelma Zwiefel, Donny Zwiefel (Carol) and Don Mugan.
She is survived by: her child Jane Seaberg (Philip) of Garner; her grandchildren, Douglas, Michael Seaberg (Heidi), Barbara Ludwig (Gary) of Forest City, Jaclyn Heiser (Scott), Nathan Ludwig (Jill), Alan Zwiefel (Duly) of Ankeny, Alexandra Buck (Alex), Traci Richardson Harre, Eugene Zwiefel (Jody) of Rock Island, IL, Sam, Sarah, Jake and Anna Zwiefel; and her siblings-in-law, Cletus, Gary, Brian Zwiefel (Donna) and Patsy Mugan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in her name to the United Methodist Church in Titonka; United Methodist Church in Forest City or to the Hospice of North Iowa.
