We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Laverl Follman of Titonka, Iowa, born in Guttenberg, Iowa. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Laverl Follman to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Follman and Hilda Follman (Winch); his children, Fredrick, Vanessa and Valerie; and his brother Ronald (Marjorie).

He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Rurup; his daughters, Saralee Vulich (Denny Shropshire) of Thompson, IA, Jeanine O'Rourke (Michael) of Forest City, IA and Thalia Clement (Joel) of Clinton, IA; his stepsons, David Rurup (Martha) of Troy, TX, Daniel Rurup of Gowrie, IA and Gerald Rurup (Avon) of Titonka, IA; and his sister Beverly Herman (Florence Heyer). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.

Social distancing practices will be followed and masks are required.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to MercyOne North Iowa Hospice or the United Methodist Church, Titonka.
