He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Weir and Helen Weir (Nichtern); and his sister Judy Otis. He is survived by: his wife Anna Besch of Ruthven; his children, Pam Palmer (Lenny) of Des Moines, Doug Weir of Ruthven, Chad Weir (Dana) of Ankeny and Tina Wiemers (Tracey) of Truman, MN; his grandchildren, Cody Weir, Ross Hellman, Alesha Zeien (Nick), Allison Hellman, Jacob, Cole, Jace and Cade Wiemers; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Claire Zeien; his brothers, Terry Weir (Connie) of Algona and Bill Weir (Sherry) of Algona; and his brother-in-law Ed Otis of Wesley.
