He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Ball, Tracy, Chris, David Barton, Robert Barton and Greg Cutler; his great-niece Grace Ball; and his cousins, Karen Folkerts (Ron), Bob Van Hove (Judy), Phyllis Nelson (Don), Debbie Spear (Ken) and Roger Akkerman.
