With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Baade (Titonka, Iowa), who passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Baade and Marie Baade (Plaisier); his wife Phyllis Swyter; his siblings, Irene Baker, Louise Goetsch, Alvina Bierstedt, Deloris Baade, Walt Baade and Raymond Baade; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Buns, Philip Asa, Gene Goetsch, Don Baker, Stanley Tyron, Marylee Baade and Thresa Baade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindi Sweedler (Wes) of Williams and Maria Hillgartner (John) of Fort Madison; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Sweedler of Williams, Kyle Sweedler of Williams, Lindsey Hillgartner of Lincoln Nebraska and Vance Hillgartner of Fort Madison; his sisters, Mary Tryon of Britt and JoAnn Asa of Okoboji; and his brother-in-law Max Bierstedt of Denver, CO..
