He is survived by: his wife Mable Stout of Tipton; his children, Anita Stout of Iowa City and Richard Stout, Jr of Tipton; his grandchildren, Veronica Morgan (Timmy) of Indianapolis, IN and Alicia Stout of Erie, IL.; his sister Irene Dettman of Oxford; his siblings-in-law, Burt and Charline Thumm of Tipton; his nieces, Paula Hilleman (Kurt) of Marshalltown, IA and Pam Schlepfer of East Moline, IL; and his nephew Dave Dettman of Oxford, IA.
