With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nelson Ray Meyers of Tipton, Iowa, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Meyers (Nora Meyers) and Lee Meyers (Mike Tebussek). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Meyers; his daughters, Penny Pratt (Scotty) of Tipton, IA and Stacy Irons (Irons) of Houston, TX; his sisters, Janice Meyers of Cedar Rapids, IA and Linda Tebussek of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Justine Wood (Austin), Lexi and Danika Pratt; and his great grandchildren, Tate and Tenley Wood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the First United Church of Christ in Tipton or the Tipton VFW.
