He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Collins and Janie Shultz of Buffalo City; his sister Holly (Quincy Schott) of Tipton; his daughter Delanie Coleman of Wapello; his niece Kelsey Schott; his nephews, Cody and Austin Lick; and his sister Kayla Collins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in his memory with the proceeds directed to Iowa City Hospice.
