She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Kasten and Mabel A. Kasten (McNee); her former husband Joseph Alfred Grimoskas; and her siblings, Dorothy Burnap, Wesley Kasten and Lee Kasten.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her sons, Dave Gimoskas and Dick Grimoskas (Lori); her grandchildren, Todd Grimoskas (Katie), Phoenix, Megan Contreras (Martin), Nicholas Grimoskas (Michelle), Eric Grimoskas (Lauren Suminski) and Kristin Grimoskas; and her great grandchildren, Todd, Jr., Dora, Jessica, Elecia, Emerson and Nolan. She is also survived by 6 step-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Iowa Blind Association.
