She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Thompson and Johannah R. Brodeen Thompson; her husband Donald Lee Villhauer, Sr.; her sister Kathleen Meyer; her brother-in-law Kenny Meyer; her daughter-in-law Julie Villhauer; and her nephews, Mark Meyer and Kent Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Villhauer (Courtenay) of Iowa City, Keith Villhauer of Tipton and Connie Timm (Russell) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Tiffani, Nick and Jordan; and her brother Steve Thompson of Keokuk.
A memorial fund has been established in her memory for the Friends of The Animals or the Cedar Manor Nursing Home.
