She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Kiel and Marie Alma Shaull (Eilers). She is survived by: her husband Dennis Arthur Dykstra; her children, Denise Dykstra of Moscow, IA and Jeff Dykstra (Cindy) of Stanwood, IA; and her brother Randall Shaull of Greencastle, PA..
