It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Beam (Tipton, Iowa), who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Beam and Hazel Winifred Beam (Dickerson); his wife Ann; his sons, David Sidney and Michael Beam (West); and his sisters, Alice Marie Johnson, Dorothy Winifred Beam and Altha Mae Laabs.
He is survived by: his former wife Clara; and his children, Scott Beam, Suzanne Beam, Donna Hansen (Dennis) of Tipton, IA and Jonathan Beam (Hope) of Maquoketa, IA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and more than 7 great-grandchildren. (All the grandchildren and Great Grand Children are adopted or are foster children.
