He is survived by: his wife Fern Vitense; his child Valnora Keifer (Kelvin); his grandchildren, Melissa Ruyter, Jessica Spading and Sydney Keifer; his son Raymond Vitense (Barb); his grandchildren, Jake, Kelsey and Aubrey Vitense; his children, Molly Vitense (Eric Nelson) and Clarence; his grandchildren, Mallory Gritton and Martha Jesuit; and his children, Jayne Vitense Holcomb (Kyle Selberg), Emily, Jackson Holcomb, Mandy Lapke (David) of Omaha, NE, Dakota Horrocks, Irelyn Lapke, Carmen Cook (Chris), Caitlin Stein, Seth Cook, Cole Cook, Tory Koch (Sheila), Chance and Cody Koch. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
