He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Clifford and Cheicko "Betty" Stepper (Yamada). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Stepper; his children, James Stepper, Dominic Stepper, George Stepper, Mary Stewart (Mark), Leslie Stepper-Smith (James), Victor Stepper (Catherine) and Dean Stepper; his siblings, Nancy Hefty, Jeanne Howard, Lester Stepper and James Stepper; his grandchildren, Jillian, Brent, Tony, Zane, Isaiah, Seth, Conner, Mason, Tanner, Kaitlyn, Lesley, Joshua, Evan, Karter and Adalyn; and his great grandchild Thomas.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3019 W Morrell St, Jackson, MI 49203).
