He is survived by: his wife Dolores Kunde; his children, Debra Cook (Michael) of Tipton, Richard Kunde (Bonnie) and Dale (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Erin Kunde, Derrick Kunde (Betty Heslop), Kelly Thomas (Michael), Jeremy Cook (Erin Petersen), Rebecca Sammons (Scott) and Jennifer Keltner (Kasey).
