He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Arp and Eunice Arp (Ruhberg). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Staub; his daughters, Shelley Moore (Gary) of Davenport and Paula Walton (David) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Rick August (Alyssa), Ashley Hill (Scott), Kyle August, Brad Walton (Kaitlin) and Alex Walton (Melanie); his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Isaac, Eli, Isla, Orin August, Ellie, Sophie, Graham, Parker Hill and Hallie Walton; and his brothers, Dennis Arp (Phyllis) of Walcott and Devon Arp (Kay) of Walcott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Rochester Cemetery in Dean's memory.
