It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Belitz (Tipton, Iowa), who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Herman and Frieda Belitz; her brother Harold; her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Hensch, Elmer Belitz and Wilma Belitz; her children-in-law, Gloria Belitz, Ken Vacek and David Tripp; and her nieces and nephews, Kay Chambliss, Becky Paustian, Joel Belitz and Mark Hensch.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Belitz; her brother Howard Hensch (Jo); her children, Beverly Tripp, Brenda Vacek, Brian Belitz, Bryce Belitz (Mary) and Bradley Belitz (Naoko); her grandchildren, Ron Humphrey (Lisa), Ryan Humphrey (Kelley), Rachel Salamo (Rob), Shawna Wiebel (Glen), Stacy Chapman (Brad), John Vacek (Debbie), Nick Vacek, Timothy Belitz (Meagan), Brian Belitz (Cortni), Jacob Belitz, Sara Blunt (Eric), Elizabeth Good (James), Jason Mann (Betty), Ethan Mann, Alisa Belitz and Mia Belitz; and her nieces and nephews, Vicky Schultz (Gerry), Chris Eckerman (Sid), Sheryl Yerington (Steve), Harold Hensch (Kathy), Robert Belitz (Eva), Mike Hensch (Gail) and John Hensch (Tracy). She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family will distribute memorials to various local charities. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials.
